The Miss Universe Organization has eliminated a 70-year-old eligibility rule which prevented a woman who had ever given birth or who was pregnant from competing, after they were challenged by a would-be contestant who was denied because of the prerequisite. On Sunday, Andrea Quiroga and her attorney, Gloria Allred, spoke about the agreement reached with the organization.
