Deadly shootings at Grambling State not random, sheriff says

Authorities have been looking Wednesday for a gunman who shot and killed a Grambling State University scholar and his pal after an altercation on the Louisiana school's campus.

Lincoln Parish Sheriff Mike Stone stated the suspect and victims knew one another "to some extent" and burdened that the capturing wasn't random or an act of terrorism.

"There are not any indicators that this incident bears any resemblance to any of the random acts of violence or home terrorism which were expertise round our nation in current weeks," Stone stated in a press release.
