There are many sites to find OER. Merlot has a lot of good texts for teaching hospitality courses. See here.

If you do a Google search for OER Libguide, you will find a lot of schools that have put together introductory pages with more resources. I like Jen Klaudinyi’s here https://guides.pcc.edu/oer as a great starting point. I’ve just started creating a guide on our site, but you are welcome to use that as well.
