Save the date for this, you don’t need to miss it!

On August 21, 2017, a complete photo voltaic eclipse will cross the continental United States from Salem, Oregon to Charleston, South Carolina. That is the primary time a complete photo voltaic eclipse will cross coast-to-coast since 1918!
We're simply outdoors the trail of the TOTAL eclipse. From Lakewood 94% of the solar shall be blocked by the moon! Be a part of us in viewing this spectacular occasion!

-We'll present SAFE methods to view the eclipse*
-Stay stream of the TOTAL eclipse rain or shine
-Shows within the Science Dome describing what occurs throughout a photo voltaic eclipse

*DO NOT look immediately on the solar by yourself with out correct gear

Pre-eclipse planetarium presentation within the Science Dome at eight:30 am

Eclipse begins at 9:08 AM
Eclipse is most at 10:20 AM
Eclipse ends at 11:38 AM

Submit-eclipse planetarium presentation within the Science Dome at 11:45 am

Further planetarium shows added at 9:15 am and 11 am! All are first-come, first-served.

The occasion is completely FREE and completely AWESOME.

If in case you have an opportunity to drive right down to Oregon and see the eclipse on the trail of totality DO IT.  Will probably be completely superb.  If not, be a part of us and it'll nonetheless be fairly cool.
